Owner, Manager, Trainer, and Instructor
Kathy has taught riders of all ages on the fundamentals of strength, balance and communication between horse and rider. In addition to her methods of teaching also include the philosophy of using your prior knowledge of riding form , knowing your horse, making your plan when in the ring, staying one-step ahead, and most of all having fun for improving your horse and achieving your riding goals! Her lessons include teaching riders while riding in the areas of, safety, horsemanship, ring etiquette, and sportsman like conduct.
Jasmine has been on the back of a horse since the young age of 2 and taking lessons since the age of 9. She has shown locally as well as with international breed rated shows. Jasmine has been teaching versatile riders for 5 years on her own and 3 years before that with the help of mentors. She likes to focus her riders on learning not only how to ride but also how to care for the horse they come to love.
Trainer and Instructor
Kelli has 18 years of riding experience, and 15 years of show experience in the equitation and hunter rings. She competed on NCEL teams for two years during high school, and competed for 3 years on Lynchburg College’s IHSA team. She loves teaching all levels of riders, and enjoys working with green horses. Kelli also has two horses of her own—a QH, who she showed successfully for several years in the hunter ring, and an OTTB who will be competing in the jumper ring.
