Girl Scouts

Hill Top Stables is offering a Service Unit approved event for local girl scouts that are looking to earn the Horses are Fun Try It Patch and the Equestrian Activities, Bicycling, and Walking Sports Pins. Troops may also earn a patch that is designed just for the troop that will specify Horsemanship and Horse Back Riding. Hill Top Stables also offers the 3 hour Equestrian Mini-Camp for the Girl Scouts troops.

Come and join us for a 3 hour mini-camp tailored to educating your troops in horsemanship and horseback riding. The 3 hour mini-camp will open a door to the equestrian world that will give your Girl Scout, Brownie and/or Daisy a window to understanding the bond between riders and their horse.

The mini-camp includes horseback riding instruction and application of horsemanship skills mastered during the day. Troop members may ask questions to further educate themselves in horsemanship and horseback riding safety.
